As a Basis customer, you have access to LoopMe's syndicated taxonomy within the platform, as well as the ability to add or create custom segments specific to your requirements.

Syndicated Taxonomy

By using LoopMe’s patented survey technology, they're uniquely positioned to create segments for almost any vertical. Historically, their top verticals are demographics, automotive, technology, consumer interests, and lifestyle. In addition to their survey technology, LoopMe has segments derived from their proprietary DMP that includes adding contextual and interest-based audiences.

Custom Taxonomy

Segment Creation

LoopMe has two types of custom segment creation opportunities:

  • Merging existing LoopMe audiences to create one audience. For this, contact your Basis account managers. The SLA is roughly five business days.

  • Deploying a custom mobile survey for a specific client to generate a truly unique and fresh audience.

    • Similarly, Basis CSMs can contact LoopMe to deploy a mobile survey. On average, it takes around two to four weeks, from survey data collection to onboarding with Basis.

Segment Addition

LoopMe distributes segments through LiveRamp integration pipes. After LoopMe distributes the segments through LiveRamp, the Basis team adds the segments within 24 hours of receiving an automated email from LiveRamp.

Methodology

LoopMe collects data in two ways:

  1. Through their mobile survey technology

  2. Through their publisher partners that pass them contextual, location, or interest-based signals

For any survey based audiences, they seek to collect at least 1,000 respondents that they then use to power their predictive models to create scaled audiences for activation.

LoopMe can refresh segments as frequently as weekly.
