As a Basis customer, you have access to Tunnl's syndicated taxonomy within the platform as well as the ability to add and create custom segments specific to your requirements.
Syndicated Taxonomy
Corporate responsibility, political, energy/climate, advocacy, and economic categories make up most of Tunnl's pre-built audiences. These audiences are enhanced via nationwide surveys where individuals respond to a relevant questionnaire, providing accuracy surrounding each specific audience.

Segment Addition
Tunnl uses LiveRamp to get data into Basis. After Tunnl adds the segment to distribution from within LiveRamp, Basis receives an automated email for the request along with the necessary details. This could take up to three business days. Then, the Basis team adds the segment within 24 hours of the receipt of the automated email.

Standard & Custom Segments: $1.50 CPM
Streamers: $2.50 CPM
Methodology
Tunnl collects data via surveys as well as large-scale observed media behavior datasets, such as set top box data. In all cases, models are built on these datasets and projected onto the whole population. Tunnl offers monthly refreshes for all pre-built segments, which are pushed through LiveRamp.
