Canceling a Live Line Item

You can cancel Direct and DSP line items from approved media plans after the start date and before delivery and spend. You must create a revision to make changes to approved plans. The line item remains visible until the revision is approved. After approval, use the View settings options to see canceled line items.

You cannot cancel a line item if it has delivery or spend, and you cannot edit a line item after you cancel it.

To cancel a live line item:

  1. Go to Main Menu [] > Campaigns.

  2. Select a campaign.

  3. From the Overview tab, click Revise media plan. The new revision appears under the original plan in the Revisions section.

  4. Select the new revision.

  5. Find the channel that includes the line items you want to remove and click Edit to the right of Controls.

  6. Select Options > Cancel to the left of a line item.

  7. Click Save.
