Using the Media Plan Comments Panel

To use the media plan comments panel:

  1. Go to Main Menu [] > Line Items.

  2. Select a line item.

  3. Click the Comments icon on the upper-right corner to see the Comments panel, which lists comments from all line items in the media plan.

  4. Click a comment in the feed to open the line item and see the communication thread details.

The Active tab shows actions, updates, and information by line item.

Resolved comments appear in a separate tab, along with any threads attached to them.
