Bulk Editing Bid Shading

As of November 6, 2023, all new tactics use bid shading by default. To opt out of using bid shading, turn it off when creating a new tactic.

Turn bid shading on or off for more than one tactic at the same time. Bid shading automatically lowers the bid price that a tactic pays to win an auction. See Bid Shading for more information.

To bulk edit bid shading:

1. Go to Main Menu [] > Campaigns.

2. Select the campaign and media plan.

3. In the upper-right corner, select Actions > Tactics.

4. Select the tactics that you want to edit. Select the group or line item to select all of its tactics.

   

5. On the Bulk Edit Tactics toolbar, select Edit > Bid Shading.

6. Turn bid shading on or off for the selected tactics:

   • To use bid shading, select On.

   • To turn off bid shading, select Off.

7. Select Save to apply your changes.
