Report Functions - New, Open, and Save
The main report options for Insights are found in the upper-left corner. You can save the report and re-create it with the latest data using New Report, Open Report , and Save Report. These new functions allow you to create new, save (existing), and open the same reports in the future.
New Report removes selected fields and refreshes the layout fields.
Open Report opens the Open Report modal. An index of saved report appears by name, author, and modified date. (Refer to the pre-built reports for more information.)
Save Report opens the Save Report modal. You enter the name or search and select saved reports. The saved reports are available by other account team members.
You have the capability of creating a new report with the same existing file name by a different author. The newly saved reports are available with the same name by the author. You also cannot overwrite a report saved by a different author.
