If you have Vendor Management permissions enabled, you can configure vendor information in the Directory. You can also perform actions in the Vendor page tabs.

Vendor Management Permissions Actions

Create, edit, and deactivate vendor

Create, edit, and remove properties from a vendor

Contact tab

Create and edit contacts

Remove vendor contacts

Vendors tab (Messages center) Enables direct link from the vendor name to the Contact page

Billing tab (My Organization)

Inactive Vendor Management Permissions

If you Vendor Management permissions are inactive, you can view the Directory information, but you can't edit it. You view (read-only) the vendor, property, contact, terms and conditions along with payee information. In the Messages center, you view the vendor collaborator names.
