Adding Properties

After adding channels to a media plan, the next step is to select properties. Properties are only required for Direct, Search, and Social line items.

To add a property to media plans:

  1. Go to Main Menu [] > Campaigns.

  2. Select the campaign and media plan.

  3. Select Add properties above the Direct, Search, or Social channel to open the Inventory Directory and view available properties. Select the property's name to see additional information about it.

  4. Select Add [] to add the property to the plan.

    • If the property has multiple vendors, select the vendor that you want to use, then select Continue.

    A vendor can only be attributed to a single channel. To add a property to multiple channels, create a new vendor for that property.

  5. After selecting a property, select the contacts who receive RFPs for this plan. You can skip this step or change your selections later.

    When a vendor insertion order is not required, the media plan does not show contacts, RFPs, proposal updates, revised plans, or IOs.

    1. To create a new contact, select Add a new contact.

    2. Enter the contact's email address. If the email is already associated with a contact, it appears in a list below the search bar. Select Add [] to add that contact or select Create contact to create a new one.

    3. Enter all of the required information, then click Save.

  6. After selecting contacts, select Add to plan to add the property to the plan. If you don't want to include any contacts, select Add to plan without a contact.

  7. Close the Inventory Directory to return to the media plan.
