Revising Line Items
It can take up to 45 minutes for changes to take effect in Analytics. Do not change the media rate or rate type for line items with new delivery.
You may have to optimize a campaign after a client approves it, or even after it's gone live. To edit a media plan's non-DSP line items, you must create a revision first. See Revising Media Plans for more information.
For DSP line items, edit them directly in the live or approved media plan. See Revising DSP Line Items.
To revise line items:

Go to Main Menu [] > Campaigns.

Select a campaign, then select a media plan.

Click Edit on the line item you want to revise. See Edit By Cost, Units, and Rates for more information about editing options.

Click the backwards arrow to undo your changes.

To undo all of your changes, click Exit, and then click Exit without saving.

Click Save to apply your changes.
