Service Providers Overview

Note: You must have Payment Terms permissions to create, update, and deactivate service providers.

A service provider is an in-house or third-party vendor that supplies a service for a campaign. The Service Providers tab in My Organization is where you create and maintain your service providers. You can apply their services as add-ons to media plans and tactics to track external fees while billing and pacing your campaign.

To view your service providers:

  1. Go to Main Menu > My Organization.

  2. Select the Service Providers tab.

  3. Select a provider to view, deactivate, or edit its details, such as its name, service types, contact information, and payment information.

  4. If you want to create a new service provider, click Create provider.
